We bought a 3 bedroom apartment from Gayatri Realities, and are extremely delighted with our overall experience with them. Both Mr.Viswesh and Mr.Anil Reddy are very warm and relationship oriented, and we found a personal touch & prompt response that one may not find with other developers, especially the large mega projects. To illustrate, there were instances when we requested for all sorts of documents and information to do the due diligence on the property, which they patiently provided to our satisfaction. They also helped to ensure that the housewarming ceremony went according to plan by catering to our needs on lighting, apartment-readiness etc. Our payments and handover went smoothly with timely acknowledgements. Even today, post-handover, we have been getting their prompt service in other areas as well.
