From the beginning, I felt my home was being built rather than just a flat. The best part is their openness when we discuss about prices, comparison with other builders and materials used. They were also very accommodative in the customization (with affordable cost difference) and finished on time. Any delay due to external circumstances was informed immediately. I don’t think there are many builders who spent the whole of night working on to get the house ready for the “house-warming ceremony” because they promised that they will finish and want to give a finished look on the day of the function. Whatever the minor suggestions given on the work or material were taken on a positive note. All queries on sale agreement, registration, undivided share, etc were explained clearly. Truly, a very good experience.
